Thank you for shopping at Kisara Minimals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

General Return Policy

We do NOT offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or any reason other than the exceptions listed below.

7-Day Return Window

(Only for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return only if:

  • The item is defective/damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return claim for damage or incorrect item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The complete sealed package as received
  • Opening of the package for the first time
  • All items inside the package
  • Clear visibility of the damage or incorrect item

Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Refunds Issued Only For:

Duplicate Payment: In case of an accidental double charge for the same order.

Refund Request Process

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Replacement/damaged product will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

How to Request a Return

(Only for Eligible Cases)

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at kisaraminimals@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • The mandatory unedited unboxing video (uploaded to Google Drive/YouTube/Dropbox and shared via link)
  2. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no extra cost.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will issue either:
    • A full refund to your original payment method, or
    • A replacement item (subject to availability)

Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and scheduled pickup.
  • Do not send items back on your own — packages sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please record your unboxing video and inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. Contact us at kisaraminimals@gmail.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged/incorrect item and want a different product/size, we will issue a refund after successful return, and you may place a new order.
